Investment Banking & ADHD

For those of you out there in the IB world with ADHD - how has it impacted your career?

Is IB an industry where ADHD thrives? Currently in commercial banking (large regional) and the monotony of routine underwriting is taking its toll. Also doesn't help that effort/production isn't necessarily linked to compensation. Main interest in IB is the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment focused on real problem-solving challenges met with relatively high reward. Also appealing to me is the sheer amount of learning that seems to take place working from deal to deal.

If not IB, do you know of any other finance roles that people with ADHD thrive in?
