I was wondering if is it possible to go to the gym 3 times a week when working in IB? Are you doing that, and if yes, then how? I was thinking about Friday 3 am / Sunday 8pm and then short workout Wednesday after the work (2-3am). Do you think it's achievable?

Was only an SA this past summer, but noticed that many analysts/associates would go during a quiet time in late evening (5pm onwards) for a quick workout. I would think workouts at 2am/3am would simply accelerate a burnout and not help considering you need sleep for exercise to yield results?
Exactly, I also think that 2am/3am is counterproductive taking into account not enough sleep. As an SA you also were able to go to the gym (or peers) ?
Yes it's possible. Just a matter of priorities. You could workout 21x/week if you really want to. Yeah you'll be working a lot.... but you will just have to decide what is most important
