Have an SA offer from a MM FIG shop. Do like FIG in general and understand GS/JPM/MS FIG are some of the best on the street but don't think I have the highest chance of breaking into those groups.
But curious to hear exits/culture/hours for mid-tier FIG groups CS/Barclays/Citi.
