Investment banking/ finance in Australia as an intl
I keep hearing quite negative things about uk and the us every other day and the reason i wasn’t inclined about australia is because from my knowledge the ib scene is very small there but what is the reality especially for an international student.
You can’t even get pretty much any finance jobs in Australia if you’re not Aussie/PR holders or from New Zealand so don’t ever bother thinking about that lol
this is correct
Bump this. Also wondering as a future mid level looking to lateral. Is this possible? What’s the best way to make the move without going to grad school in AU?
That's very unlikely to happen. Why do people keep thinking Australia is easy for foreigners lol, it's absolutely hostile towards even ones graduated onshore from Australian institutions.
Rule number one. Wear RM Williams to the interview
I thought it was MJ Bale
