Hi everybody,
I think investment banking can be a great career or a great start to our career. It's very intense and not for everybody, but it gives you are amazing experience for almost any type of business career. Accounting is a good base to have for investment banking, as well as finance, but be sure to study several businesses disciplines so that you're well-rounded. The entry-level position for investment banking is an Analyst.

I've been working my sophomore year and Junior year 15-20 hours a week with 16-18 credits per semester. And I tell you its no cake, I have a 3.5 which i consider decent for a student whos paying somewhat for his own college. It becomes hard to be social and chill with college friends and your going be mad tired and i commute for and hour and half. But it will make you great with time management and good mlulti-tasker..

Being an Investment Banking Analyst in an Investment Banking Division is just fantastic. Sure, the hours are long, but PowerPoint is like a grown-up's Kid Pix. Coloring sensitivity tables is fun, too. Being an Investment Banking Analyst in an Investment Banking Division is the bea's knees.
