Investment Banking Recruiting Timeline & Transfer Student

Hello everyone,

So, I started my first year of college at a no-name university and decided to transfer to my local community college. I was able to get a Big 4 internship this summer, and will most likely get an internship at a different Big 4 for the summer after my Sophomore year, and will most likely be able to transfer to a target school for next Fall. However, I know that IB recruiting for Summer internships starts super early. Recruiting for the Summer of 2024 (That's the summer after my Junior year) will probably start in the Spring of 2023, and I would have to apply as a community college student since I won't transfer until the Fall of 2023, and admissions decisions come out until late Spring (late April). I was wondering if anyone has any feedback on how to go about the recruitment process.
