Investment Banking Salaries in LatAm?

Hi monkeys,

For all the IB monkeys working in LatAm, and I don´t mean covering LatAm but actually working in LatAm, how much is the compensation, the bonuses and working hours in the BBs, EBs and local players? Furthermore, which BBs pay NY salaries here in LatAm, I know that BAML and CS do, but what about the others and the local big players such as Itau BBA and BTG Pactual, are their compensations competitive compared to BAML and CS in LatAm? I didn´t find much information regarding this on WSO.

Thanks in advance to all the WSO community for sharing!

These come from the WSO database. If someone can verify that would be great. Additionally, search on Glassdoor etc for local banks too such as Banco Bradesco or BR Partners.
