I'm a student studying finance in America and know I want to go into investment banking. I grew up in Japan and hope to land an IB job at a Tokyo office after I graduate. However, I heard Tokyo pays less compared to the states and the hours are longer. Anyone have experience in IB in Tokyo or any knowledge to share? Anything is appreciated.
