Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ ?
Met an HR rep from BTMU a few weeks ago at a networking event. She said they are rapidly growing their US IBD.
The company acquired a 20% stake in Morgan Stanley after the financial crisis (2009). Also, following the market devastation in Japan (2011), BTMU is looking to expand it's operations in the US and internationally.

Is this a bank on the rise, or is there something I'm missing? Do any monkeys work there? What's the career progression like if you are not Japanese? I heard there's a ceiling you can reach before you get pushed out.
Have a great weekend.

Sure go work there and after Japan has its debt default BTMU won't exist anymore.
just a warning

Does anyone know the email address for Bank of Tokyo. I Googled it and got
[email protected], I emailed four people using that format and my email got bounced back. I doubt every person I emailed in that group left.
Is there another email format they use?
I've helped people before, can someone look up a few names for me if you work for Bank of Tokyo.
