Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ ?

Met an HR rep from BTMU a few weeks ago at a networking event. She said they are rapidly growing their US IBD.

The company acquired a 20% stake in Morgan Stanley after the financial crisis (2009). Also, following the market devastation in Japan (2011), BTMU is looking to expand it's operations in the US and internationally.

Is this a bank on the rise, or is there something I'm missing? Do any monkeys work there? What's the career progression like if you are not Japanese? I heard there's a ceiling you can reach before you get pushed out.

Have a great weekend.

Sure go work there and after Japan has its debt default BTMU won't exist anymore.
