Sophomore here starting to plan for SA2022 recruiting so I was wondering which banks have been growing the most/least in the past 5-10 years as my potential FT start is still 3 years away. Also wanted to add another characteristic when looking at firms besides the usual exits, prestige, pay, etc. Any information from those already interning or working in IB would be appreciated.
