Hi all, I’m performing an analysis about private firms, and i’ve just extracted from the m&a function on bloomberg a set of datas. Between the company infomation like total assets or ebitda, i’ve found a ratio I never heard: target total investments to total liabilities. Did anyone hear about it ? Many thanks
