Prepare to have some interview like questions thrown at you. Just because it's an "informal" setting doesn't mean that your answers won't be taken lightly. Think of it as a "pre-screening" but in-person, could also be "interviewed" in a group of analysts/associates as well. Good luck and expect anything can happen.
