I'm doing an internship with the M&A arm of a Big 4 company. Ideally, I would want to work IBD at a BB bank.
JPM has a S&T internship (not closed in my region yet) and I'm planning to submit the application but not sure how this will help me move to IBD.
On the other hand, I could do a SA stint next summer (got an offer) with a PE firm, but it's a small firm ($500 mn UAM) with no international brand, also I heard from people working there that the culture there is not so great.
