Is Banking Getting ‘Old’?
Something that did cross my mind actually… nice to see it formalised! lol
the average age of employees at Goldman Sachs in London is 33
If they want to pursue higher pay in banking, they’re advised to do so before the age of 30.
Questions: 1. Is this true? And why? Are there not more analysts then VP’s+? Or do the most educated people (Masters, PHD’s etc) get through in the long term? 2. Why is there such a fuss on undergraduate recruiting then if a lot of people don’t start earning investment banking salaries till 25+?
You're a little slow and nearsighted.
