My firm don't have a lot of sell side mandate, however we do a good amount of Spac deals. If we are representing the company in raising capital from a SPAC, is the experience weighed the same as sell side M&A on resume for PE recruiting purpose? The modeling and process seems to be similar to a sell side M&A deal at the junior level.
