Is Internship pay similar to full-time pay for IB?
Will be interning at a Boutique Investment Bank in Houston in the Energy Industry and the intern pay is $20 an hour and was wondering will this be my similar pay if offered a full-time position.
In EMEA (London) you get paid A1 pro-rated. For a BB.
I think in America most people are paid 110k pro-rated or sometimes an hourly rate + OT. But I don't know for certain, just from what I read.
