Is it okay to be a job hopper?
Wondering consensus on job-hopping when the opportunity is presented. On the one hand I think it reflects poorly on your character if you haven't stayed with a company for a year but on the other I think its less important than if you are a good fit for the job. Ultimately from my experience people in Finance are opportunistic and can likely understand leaving a job for something better regardless of the timing.
Looking to crowd source some opinions (hopefully from higher-ups) on what they think about resumes with some hopping around and whether or not that should be on your mind when thinking about opportunities.
Ok prospect.
Reputation is everything. Why would someone hire you if there's a recurring pattern of you leaving after a few months?
