Is it too late for me to break into IB?

For some context here, I’m a second year student at a state school with 2 internships under my belt after this fall (1 IB, 1 Corporate finance). Iam on track to graduate in 3 years rather than 4(unless I add another major). I now want to graduate in 3 years to save money on school, but I want to work in IB in Chicago/NYC/SF. I know that the main SA26 recruiting timeline already passed, but do firms open up internships in the summer/fall ever? What should I do now to position myself to get into those roles?

Just graduate in 4 years or even 3.5, it's pretty tough to break into IB on accelerated grad timelines since you have to compete against people who are more polished and have more experience.
