If you were interested in hiring an analyst and they displayed a sense of jadedness(not 100%) would that be more of a positive or negative trait? Seems like some decent characteristics could be that they’re possibly more self aware, honest, stoic, and realize their place in this world. But then again they could be overplaying the pessimism card and maybe too serious?
