Is Rutgers recruiting on the come up?
After scrolling through some older forums on Rutgers on WSO, it seems pretty clear that the general consensus is that Rutgers is a non-target. However, after looking at some of the LinkedIn profiles, it seems that Rutgers sends quite a few people to FO roles, especially in the last 2-4 years. I'm pretty sure that there is no official OCR at Rutgers, yet still send multiple kids to EB's and BB's. Is Rutgers on the way to becoming the next semi-target?

I landed a MM IB spot easy... the Business School in particular is underrated.
Probably approaching the same level as Penn State
How do y'all even search for this? Do you just go to X bank's LinkedIn page and filter employees by education?
