Is there an FASB Summaries website?

I'm looking for a website or source that has a compilation of FASB statements in a digestable form. For example, if I want to know what Statement No. 123 is, then I can just do a CTRL+F and look for it, but also see a summary there as well instead of having to click on an additional PDF file. Anyone have something like this?

Search allbusiness.com. The site has some nice easy to read summaries on SFAS 141, 142, 144, and 123R (and other SFAS..) covering option valuation for employee stock options. In a nutshell, use black-scholes to value unexercised options, and deduct from your estimated equity value per share.

Anything using black-scholes and "guessed" volatilities is always a grey area. Plus you're not too sure which options would eventually get exercised, so you may have to assume the worst scenario (100% exercise rate) to be on the safe side, then deduct from estimated equity value.

On the reporting side, as per 123R, all issued stock options must be valued (Black-scholes) and expensed on the I/S, potentially lowering EPS.

hi randomwalk, that was the original one I've been using, but it's annoying to have to click on "Summary" to see the summary. What I want to also be able to do is to know in advance the accounting rule and then do a Ctrl+F to see which Statement No. it applies to. Thx for the effort tho.
