Is UCL Econ (undergrad) a target for finance? Or a strong semi-target?
I've been getting confused because GPT and Claude keep on saying that UCL is a semi-target with LSE and Oxbridge being the only finance targets in the UK.

It is considered a target uni. The targets in the UK are: LSE, Oxbridge, Imperial, UCL and Warwick (roughly in that order). I would say Warwick lags behind the others for non-econ/ maths courses. Semi-targets are more of your Bristol, Durham and Bath type unis
