It has been 3 days since superday...?

I had my superday on Monday afternoon - at this point, should I give up all hope on this full time position at BB? I know they are only hiring one person, and my last interviewer told me that they were going to have a discussion about me right after and make a decision...

To be completely honest (and I've been there) - yes, you have been waitlisted at best. I would move on and learn from your mistakes. It is very very normal to not be the first pick (especially off cycle), and I have failed numerous interviews in a row before finally getting 3 offers out of my 3 final interviews (one MM, one non-BB large bank, and one JPM/GS/MS).

The ONLY important thing is that you do not give up, learn from your mistakes, and keep going. It doesn't reflect on your own abilities, only the nuisances of the people you interviewed with.
