You got raped. Honestly at this rate I would just start in TAS or Audit out of undergrad and then lateral to IB once you have enough experience to come in at Associate level.
Those hours for that upside just does not make sense other than schlepping through it as a pre-req to make money down the line.

For the most part $30k is bottom bucket, $45k is middile, $65k is top bucket. Although some A1's got $0 bonus in certain groups...
