Jefferies HC vs. M&A
Anyone have experience working with either of these groups? We rotate, so I just wanted to get a feel for which one of these groups would best position me for solid exit opps.

Info on culture would be great as well
Jefferies HC is ex-UBS HC team.. they poached lorello..
give it 5 minutes and everyone will be in here jerking it to JEF HC lol
HC is a sweatshop, but has great deal flow. Sage is a bit intense, so be prepared for that. Culture isn't that bad though. Fratty.
Does the good deal flow in HC make it better though for PE exit opps? I did some searching, and it seems like UBS HC in the past has always wanted to keep their analysts for a 3rd year and directly promote them. Would joining the M&A group at Jefferies give me a better shot at getting interviews at reputable PE firms?
