Can someone shed some light on how is internal mobility at Jefferies? Can a summer intern switch groups or is it possible at the analyst level?

At the analyst level it is possible - seen a couple of guys from Richmond (essentially the ppt team) switch to NY and Houston

theres the automotive aftermarket team there and then also the "business financial analysts" that support the bankers / act like an india team. People have moved from BFA to coverage which should def be harder than ECM
