Hi all. Thought I read somewhere that there was a townhall scheduled for this week, anybody know if that’s true and what to expect? Pay raise, return to office, what’s up?

Townhall on Tuesday morning. Given banks like Piper are raising their bases, would expect Jefferies to come to the table. About return to the office, only vaccinated people are allowed to go into the office but at least in my group the seniors are very much fine with us working from home.

oh yeah it's straight bullshit. we're an enormous mm firm and all our competitors have gotten a bump while we're rolling around in money, but no pay bump. just continual shafting
People will just lateral out lol especially with the dealflow they'll have to raise comp if they want to keep people. We'll see if they make an announcement in the coming weeks.
Rich does Townhalls on occasion. Might not have anything regarding compensation. Don't get your hopes up, but good luck.
