Career Resources
I know from chatting with Stifel that they focus a lot of equity cap. raises, i.e vc-funding or private placements, but not so much M&A. They place decently well into VC and growth equity, but not so much PE from what I hear. If you are interested in early-stage tech companies and helping them raise capital pre-IPO Stifel is good. But not if you want to do M&A.
Not much info on Jefferies sorry
jefferies tech does incredibly well in MM tech; it's also a giant sweatshop and located in Foster City which kinda sucks
