Job offer or MSc /MBA

Hello fellow monkeys, I currently have a job offer for a graduate program at a large german bank. Think top 5 Bank, but not Deutsche or other int. known in Sales & Trading, but on the sales side. 60k€ all in starting salary. My current profile: -Bachelor of B. Admin. at B-Tier german university with average GPA -Internship in sales and trading at Large UK Bank. -Internship in Wealth Management at respected german private bank I want to work in Sales & Trading in the end, but i am unsure whether starting right now will put me worse off than doing a 1 or 2 year MBA / Master of Finance Programm to try to get a spot in a global known Bank in Sales & Trading.
