Based on the most helpful WSO content, if JP Morgan has already started releasing Assessment Center (AC) invites, it’s likely that they are well into their selection process. However, it’s not uncommon for firms to review applications and HireVue submissions on a rolling basis. If the application portal is still open and you’ve already invested time in preparing, it might still be worth completing the HireVue.
Even if the chances are slimmer at this stage, submitting it ensures you don’t completely miss out, especially if they decide to review additional candidates later. Just make sure your responses are polished and well-prepared to maximize your chances. Good luck!
