Sounds like commercial banking (lending to mid-market – corp. clients), but then you say call center. A call center is likely related to personal and small business banking. I cannot imagine much analysis occurring in a call center. I could be wrong.

Yes, it's mostly extending credit lines to existing customers. It is a 15 week credit training program following the call center job.
