JP Morgan DCM vs BAML DCM
I'm talking about Investment Grade debt, specifically- not levfin/HY. These two banks have been top two by market share in IG the past two years and am wondering if anyone can provide insight into the cultures (how are the MDs/ associates) at the two groups/ hours (read on multiple threads ~9-9 rarely work weekends but hoping for confirmation)/ exit opps (AM is a possibility apparently, wondering if anyone can confirm?) I'm fine sticking with it in the long-term, just having the option to exit into AM would be nice so am wondering if anyone can provide insight. I know syndication at JP is done in levfin, is this also the case at BAML?
