I heard the analyst program was shortened to 2 years to incentivize a2a? Is the base 110/125 now then? How would it work for lateral hires slotting in as A1?

2.5 year cycle with a winter stub - base is now 110/115/125. Used to be a 3y cycle with 2y early promote option.
That makes way more sense. So bump to 115 after winter stub then? Or is 125 the stub half year base.
