You get a series of questions and record your answer after a given amount of prep time. ~1 min for JPM I think
They asked me questions like: walk me through an M&A deal that you found interesting? Do you expect the S&P 500 to be higher, lower, or the same in a year and why do you think that?
This line of questions are after the hire the right? Everyone is telling me hirevue is all behavioral.
Nope, they’re wrong when it comes to the JPM hirevue
I couple firms do HireVue so I can’t remember which specific questions from JPM but I do remember those two from one of the HireVue’s I did. Thought it was going to be all behavioral and they slipped in those questions. Which I guess are kind of behavioral.
