Saw from a job posting that JPM analyst base has increased from 110 to 115k. Can any JPM analysts confirm here and what does this mean across the street? Will this finally be a long awaited base raise for analysts?

If it’s that small-cap analyst posting, prob not. I don’t think that posting is for an An1, which should still be at 110 according to the open LevFin analyst posting.
Small-cap is looking for existing bankers, likely at the An2 level, to help set the foundation for this very young practice.
