Don't fall for it. It's a much better idea going into their traditional IBD program, earning an Associate promotion after two years, and then asking for an office transfer for a new experience. This way you get the cross-border experience, plus the Associate salary bump.

Cannot DM anon replies
Can you speak about it on this thread as it may be helpful to others as well?
Are you in the process? Just trying to gauge what their timeline is.
Yes. I think they are interviewing candidates rn.
Guess I did not hear back. Any idea what the applicant pool looks like?
bump bump
Any info on this program? I have applied, but have not heard back.
Bump - anyone heard back from the superday last week?
Did not get to the superday round unfortunately. How were the interviews and how is the program going to be structured?
Did you hear back yet?
Still waiting on my end
Anyone with any insights on the interview process? Like, how many rounds and what are the interviews like?
Multi-round interview process, like graduate recruiting out of university
The interviews are with both the London and New York team or just one of them? Is there also a modelling case?
Given that its more tailored towards graduate students, what technical skills/knowledge is expected?
Based on the comments it seemed like the process already happend but I just got invited for interviews - anyone else?
Are you in Europe? Did you get invited for DCM or LevFin?
EU - LevFin, you?
When are second rounds occurring?
How did your first rounds look like?
