I’m interning with JPM this summer, and while i know getting the return offer comes first, I was just wondering wether JPM allows for people graduating early to start early in January/February as opposed to the summer. Also does training and the securities exams happen then if they do have early start or is it still in the summer

Yes, they do an early start, usually in February. And training is also the same as if you were starting in the summer.
So do interns just rejoin the group they were with over the summer but hold off on training and passing the series exams until summer and basically get a month off for training after they’ve already hit the desk?

I am interning at JPM summer of 2023. I originally expected to graduate May 2024 but might push back to December 2024 for personal reasons, therefore wanting a similar start date as you but opposite scenario (graduating later than expected vs. earlier than expected).
