I've heard it's same base as IB but lower bonuses, but just want to make sure as I saw those tidbits on older posts.

Thought base was sitting at 100k instead of the IB 110k?
u might be right, i did not know IB base was 110k
Believe bonus is in the 30-40% range from what I saw on previous post but could be wrong.
