JPM Launching Leaders?

I'm curious, I was accepted and attended all two events for Launching Leaders and afterwards I received an email from the recruiters to apply to my top two choices. I completed my application, applied to my two choices and then I was rejected for both positions. I never received a HireVue and pymetrics test. I was wondering what I inherently did wrong, was it because I updated my resume? Is due to the fact that I reached out to clarify what might be missing on my apps? I'm not sure exactly. I thought this would lead to an interview as they promised. And I'm confused to why I was just rejected like that even though I did the leadership program.
