JPM Markets Or MS GCM Internship?
I have an offer for J.P. Morgan Markets internship and an offer for Morgan Stanley Global Capital Markets internship. Which should I do?
Any advice you have would be greatly appreciated.

Career Resources
Assuming both are S&T like rules, go where culture is better. JPM has more capacity, but MS has more freedoms as a “merchant bank.”
MS GCM isn’t S&T - main arms are ECM, DCM and Lev Fin; it acts as the financing arm of IBD
JPM Markets is actual S&T so FX/rates/derivatives etc
The decision should be made a bit easier then based on where you lean to as they are quite different jobs
Just a note on MS GCM - a majority of people are trying to get into LF, so I wouldn’t solely target GCM on the basis of getting into LF as it’s far from a guarantee
