I got an IB-job at JPM in NYC after one year as an analyst at Barcelys in London. The HR at JPM says that the dress code is business casual?! What does that mean? Can I still wear suits to work and just take of the jacket when i´m working. I guess business casual means dress pants/suit pants and dress shirt. I still want to wear suits.
