so jpm dosen't do urine or background checks before the start date? emails said they did it before the start date and actually can't do it after you officialy start

nah dawg they do I think for you they want you to personally meet HR to confirm your "package" if you know what I mean yolo swag Huehueheuh

 

Onboarding also involves filling out paperwork, getting your direct deposit set up, setting up your benefits. Basically all the stuff that HR has to do when you become an employee of a business.

This to all my hatin' folks seeing me getting guac right now..

Actually we had our direct deposits and some of the paperwork filled out during training. Also, since he's an intern, the benefits parts don't really apply (aside from corporate discounts.)
