Agreed. After two bank failures that JPM absorbed large business from, record account openings and flows, the bonus was lower than expected by about $5k. Some as low as $15 I’ve heard…
I concur wholeheartedly. Sure, not all Solutions roles are created the same but considering the workload for many Solutions roles, you would expect a much better bonus…
