I just completed my Pymetrics assessment and received a HireVue. I'm extremely curious as to what attributes JPM is looking for in those assessments. I know some other companies who use Pymetric have forms which state what the reviewers should be looking for. Does anybody have any insight regarding what JPM is looking for in these assessments?
