They gave out hirevues yesterday, does anyone know if they’re automatic or selective?
And if anyone has tips for the hirevue process please do share

Pretty sure they are automatic (was last year) so maybe it’ll come.
How many people do they progress on from HV to AC?
Last year was about 15-20% from what I was told. However the AC to Offer conversion was quite low.
Anyone heard back after hirevue. Could you'll please update if heard back.
Also, is there direct Superday or phone interview in between?
Got mine within 4 hours - but their HV glitched and skipped question 2 on my second recorded attempt… withdrew and reapplied with a diff email but have not heard back from HV on my second submission
