Sounds pretty interesting, I am really into micro-finance so thank you for bringing this up. I would probably advise that you go for more traditional paths only because this area of finance is still highly niche. Not that it is bad, but early in your career you might be better off going into a more generalist area first. If you have nothing else I say run with it.
how would you get into it? standard interview process? not for me, just know a lot of people who would be interested.
