I have been checking my job application status but it still shows "you are under consideration for an interview" , but I have already completed 3 rounds of interviews and a HR also approached to me for my compensation details right after I finish my last round of interview.
But 2 weeks have been passed and I heard nothing from JPM... WHAT HAPPEND? Does this mean I am rejected?

Not the exact same situation, but I went through full-time recruiting w/JP last year. Had a first-round, super day, and 2 follow-up (phone) interviews, spoke with my HR contact. All of this was completed around Holloween. Then was ghosted and left with the same message on the portal until being rejected in February/March. In hindsight, I should have reached out to my non-HR contacts to see if there was anything I could do. Wouldn't say it means you've been rejected, and having the compensation details discussion sounds like a positive, but I would (without being annoying), keep the pressure on them.

Normal. Stay persistent and polite. Could be denied could get an offer. Just remember groups could be swamped and don’t take it personally. Very similar thing happened to me before I got the official offer. Keep your head up
