Kids sending me their resume a year before I even start the internship?
I go to a non target and got an offer at a BB. I'm still a full year out from starting the internship and freshman are already sending me their resumes and trying to get coffee with me. Is this normal? Or is recruiting for 2028/29/30 summer analyst positions going to become almost impossible at this rate?
am i crazy but you are class of 2028 with a 2027 offer at a BB asking is it crazy that class of 2029 thats facing upcoming recruitment who wants to go to BB is asking you to coffee chat definitely about your recruitment experience and how they could optimize their path based on your experience. Did you not do the same thing last year?
