Kill my Resume

I need some help reviewing my resume.I have sopken with 2 VP at some BB firms in Toronto who offered to help me passing my cv around. I am looking to get into an energy or mining M&A role. I have tried to bring out the aspects my past jobs that relate to banking. All contructive criticism is welcome.
Thanks in advance.

More bullets, too much paragraphing in my opinion.

Big thing: did you really manage $405 million? Did you really build a model being used daily by Exxon? thats a big fucking company.

Make it more believable/accurate man

Yes as the capital budget analyst I was responsible of the capital budget for the one affiliate and the annual amount was $400 millions. As far as the model, it was for one affiliate in West Africa and that model is now used for all capital budget evaluation in that affiliate.

Take out "Japanese culture" as an interest. I would ding you for that alone

I do not mind taking this out but can you tell me why it would cause a ding?

I have the following comments: What division of XOM are you in? Had to google Douala - say that it's in Cameroon Agree with previous comment of using the extreme of "all capital projects". It's misrepresentative of "all XOM" when it should be for that specific affiliate or group 5th sub top experience - how many people did you manage on the SAP integration? Seems like you'll be going for an Associate spot so you need to bring out management experience in your resume as well as financial 3rd sub under Cap Budget Analyst - how much in potential cost savings? Quantify the reduced opex (bankers love to see numbers) Put a space between Administrator and (Temporary) MBNA dates overlap with Morehouse dates - intern? part time? 1-yr MBA program I'm guessing? Right align "Paris, France" May 2008-May 2010 format the dash to be a long dash to standardize Under skills, reduce spacing to get "certification" on one line add excel, ppt, word if applicable... redundant but accurate Also you forgot to redact Morehouse College under activites

First all of Thank you Gongo, you have that hawk eye I was looking for. I work under Upstream Controllers in Production . I understand that not including the affiliate could be misleading so I will change that.I will include the dollar amount for the savings and make the other changes as well. As far as MBNA, I was in school full time while working full time.I stopped in October and started my MBA (14 months) Thanks again.
